Land Classification Assessments
With planning policies now emphasising the protection of the best and most versatile agricultural land, LCAs/ALCs are becoming more frequently required in order to aid in the justification of projects on greenfield sites. Development plans are taking account of such factors when outlining areas suitable for future development.
Neo Environmental have conducted numerous LCA and ALC assessments, covering over 200ha to date, for solar farms and residential developments in England, Scotland and Wales.
