When considering planning for a renewable energy project (especially wind turbines), it is advisable to have an initial feasibility carried out to assess the various options for a site. This will provide invaluable information for proceeding with a project. This study will ensure that a correct size project is considered, which should be reflected in the planning fee. The process ensures that a larger fee is not paid out for a project which may not be viable in the first instance. Clients can move forward with greater confidence in their proposed project, with the knowledge that they have a realistic chance of gaining consent.
